Materials & Solutions
1. Porcelain Floor Tiles (12,000mΒ²)
Supplied our premium marble-look polished porcelain tiles in 600x1200mm format for the grand lobby and public areas, and 600x600mm matte finish for guest rooms. The low water absorption (β€0.5%) and frost resistance made them ideal for Dubai's extreme climate conditions. Custom marble patterns were developed to match the designer's specification.

2. PVC Wall Panels (5,500mΒ²)
Waterproof PVC decorative panels with custom wood-grain finish were installed in guest room bathrooms and spa areas. The 100% waterproof, mold-resistant properties eliminated the risk of moisture damage in high-humidity environments. Fire-rated Class B compliance was achieved per UAE Civil Defense requirements.

3. Fire-Rated Gypsum Boards & Insulation
Type X fire-resistant gypsum boards (12.5mm) and A1-grade rock wool insulation were supplied for partition walls and ceiling systems throughout the hotel, achieving 2-hour fire resistance rating as required by local building codes.
