Yes. We provide detailed installation manuals, CAD drawings, and can arrange video technical consultation with our engineers. For large projects, we can dispatch technical supervisors to the site (cost applies for overseas dispatch).
Absolutely. We offer full OEM/ODM customization including custom sizes, thicknesses, colors, patterns, surface finishes, and packaging. Custom product development typically takes 15-30 days for sampling. Contact our technical team with your specifications.
We operate an ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system. Each batch undergoes raw material inspection, in-process monitoring, and final testing in our in-house QC lab. Third-party pre-shipment inspection (SGS/BV/ITS) is available upon request. We provide batch test reports with every shipment.
Maintenance guides are available for download in the Installation Guides section above. Generally, porcelain tiles require only regular cleaning with neutral pH cleaners. PVC panels should be wiped with damp cloth. WPC decking should be cleaned annually with composite deck cleaner. Avoid abrasive cleaners and acidic substances on all surfaces.
